Founder & Managing Partner

The firm is founded by CA Ravi Ladia in February 2013.
A young and dynamic Chartered Accountant. He secured All India 41st and 43rd Ranks in the Order of Merit of ICAI Final and PCC levels respectively. He is a vibrant yet mature individual with strong fundamentals in Accounting, Taxation & Corporate Laws. He heads the assurance and advisory based practice of the firm. He is a coveted public speaker and an astute professional with exceptional focus and innovative mindset. His immaculate approach to work and his passion for keeping abreast with technical development in the profession along with strong value-based principles have gained the firm good reputation from clients.

Nishant Sukhwani

Senior Partner
With a decade of experience in Internal Audit matters, Mr Nishant has experience in providing end to end services for startups right from inception to stake sale and setting up of SOPs and Internal Controls. His experience as a Virtual CFO for various companies makes him a valuable advisor. He has handled many due diligences, business transition and restructuring activities. Also specialises in the area of Internal Audit adding value to the client’s business.

Pragathi Gudur

Senior Associate
Associated with the firm since 2018. She is a versatile team player who looks into the audit and assurance department, she has worked with various multinationals in her stint as an audit advisor and led various consolidation and merger exercises. She possesses strong fundamental knowledge and has worked with reputed international brands for assurance assignments.

Swati Ladia

Senior Associate
Possesses vast experience in the area of GST and heads the indirect tax practice of the firm. Engages in providing various litigation and consultancy services and has been entrusted with various indirect tax assignments and involved in the GST implementation in various sectors.

Nidhi Jaju

Associate Consultant
Associated with the firm Since 2020. She has previous working experience at Deloitte USI. She is a competent team lead who looks over Indirect Tax Department of the organisation. She has given assistance to various organisations in respect of Litigations under GST Act, Service Tax Act, Etc. She has also worked for smooth processing of the GST Refund Cases. She adopts positive & professional approach towards all the assignments she is involved into, to get an effective result from any assignment.
